Rental Terms & Policies

Payment ▾
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout.
Cancellation Policy ▾
More than 14 days before event: Full refund minus 5% processing fee.

7 to 14 days before event: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before event: No refund. Equipment has been reserved and blocked from other bookings.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund. Customer is responsible for any incurred delivery costs.
Rescheduling ▾
Free rescheduling is available when requested 7 or more days in advance, subject to availability.
Damage & Equipment Care ▾
By booking with Kimme's Event Rentals, you authorize us to charge the card on file for replacement costs of any equipment that is damaged, lost, or stolen during your rental period, up to and including full retail replacement value.

Our team documents all equipment with photos at delivery and pickup. Normal wear is expected and not charged. Significant damage, breakage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.

For bookings exceeding $500, we reserve the right to require a valid credit card (not prepaid or gift card) for security purposes.
Setup Requirements ▾
Setup areas must be clear, accessible, and on safe, dry ground prior to our arrival. Our team will deliver, place equipment neatly, and document the setup with photos. Pickup will be scheduled within your rental window.
Delivery Area ▾
Local delivery and pickup within 15 miles is included in package pricing. Locations beyond 15 miles are charged $2 per mile each way.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book? ▾
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks before your event to guarantee availability. For weekends and holidays, earlier is better. Same-week bookings may be available - contact us to check.
Is a deposit required? ▾
Yes, a full payment secures your date. Full payment is also accepted at time of booking. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Do the tables and chairs arrive clean? ▾
Absolutely. Every item is wiped down and inspected before delivery. Your rentals arrive clean and event-ready so you can focus on celebrating.
Do you set up and break down? ▾
Delivery and pickup are included in your package. Setup and breakdown services are available as an add-on - just select it when booking.
What if something gets damaged? ▾
Damage protection is included with every booking. A contract outlining terms is provided at the time of booking so everything is clear from the start.
How do I book for 100+ guests? ▾
